  • The minimum booking is two hours - if it is less, you will still be required to pay for the two hours.

  • Alice is a safer recruiter and DBS Certified. If you are concerned or have questions about the steps taken to ensure the rest of our team are reliable, safe, and true to their stated identity, do not hesitate to contact us.

  • You are expected to inform us of any possible risks that may arise that could cause harm us, a pet or your home. Failure to make these risks known to Muchness in advance may cause severe complications and you may be held liable should an incident occur.

  • Please make sure that you have made the company aware of any allergies/illnesses/ disabilities. We cannot be held liable for incidents that occur as a result of lack of informed knowledge.

  • If there are any important procedures or contact methods that must take place in an emergency situation please make us aware of this. If not, you are agreeing to allow for us to take the appropriate/ instinctive action required, should failure to contact the client occur.

  • Payment must be made on the same day as the booking unless otherwise agreed prior.

  • For event bookings, the client will need to reimburse any costs for supplies. A 20% commission on any outsourced suppliers organised by us, will be added to your invoice.

  • Please note that you will be removed as a Client of this company if the following occurs:

    • Multiple booking cancellations occur in a short period of time.

    • Failure to make payment.

    • Repeated late payments.

    • Any form of abusive, discriminating, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards our team.

  • All members are automatically subscribed to our mailing list for updates on events and changed to our business. You may unsubscribe from this at any time.
